Service Agreement Offered with New Bike Purchases

- All new Bicycles, e-Bikes, Cargo Bikes, adults and children bicycles will come with a 6 month service window. 

- In order to avail of the 6 month service window, the onus is on the customer to return the bike to the shop within 6 months of the date of purchase for its first free service and check up. Failure to return the bike for its 6 week check up in time will result in the balance of the 6 month service offering being forfeited.

- Once the bike has been seen inside that initial 6 week window, the balance of the 6 months will then be activated and available for the customer to make use of.

- The service that is offered, up to and includes only what is stipulated in the "Rookie Service". This includes the following:

• Wear, Damage Check
• Brake Adjustment
• Gear Adjustment
• Tyre Pressure Check
• Headset Adjustment
• Seat-post Re-grease

- The replacement of parts is not included, nor is the labour to replace those parts included in the "6 Month Free service" offering.

- Duff Cycles reserves the right to change this offering in anyway they see fit and without warning to any existing or future customers without recourse.

- By purchasing a bike, customers agree to these terms and conditions as laid out.
