WE ARE HIRING EXPERIENCED FULL TIME AND PART TIME BIKE TECHNICIANS AS WELL AS A SALES & ADMIN
Technician Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Relevant qualification is a huge plus.
- Excellent customer service and telephone manner.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in all areas of the shop.
- Organised, punctual and able to take initiative.
Duties:
- Assessing, repairing and servicing of customers bikes.
- Building of new bikes & e-bikes
- Advising and assisting customers with the sale of new bikes, parts and accessories, and any queries customers may have.
- Maintaining the shop's cleanliness and the maintenance of shelves, stock and the ordering of stock items.
- General shop duties that arise on a daily basis.
Sales and Admin Requirements:
- Experience in sales and general administration.
- A passion for all things Bike.
- Excellent customer service and telephone manner.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in all areas of the shop.
- Organised, punctual and able to take initiative.
- Experience with stock management and warranties is a huge plus.
Duties:
- Selling of parts and accessories, and advising on what will best satisfy the customers needs.
- Acting as the middle person between customers and warranty claims with suppliers.
- Maintaining stock levels of the main product lines and handling customer special orders.
- Assisting with the packaging and posting of e-commerce orders.
- Receiving and returning of products.
- Maintaining the shop's cleanliness and the maintenance of shelves, stock and the ordering of stock items.
- General shop duties that arise on a daily basis.
