Terms & Conditions

The Terms and conditions set out below are to clarify the underlying agreements with the product offerings and sales on for the period Monday November 24th until close of business on Monday December 1st 2025.

All Discounts are applicable to in-stock items only, and are not transferable. Discounts do not apply to any products that need to be ordered, or 2025/6 stock in store. Items discounted are specified in store and online. 

Bikes placed on hold or purchased, purchased agreed or paid for and not yet collected by the time the Black Friday sale Starts and ends will not be subject to the aforementioned sales for the respective categories.

All decisions by staff and management are final. Any refunds and will be subject to the product being unused and returned in the same packaged, unopened and in the same condition it was purchased, and will be refunded at the same price it was purchased at.

If any errors were made on the website, Duff Cycles reserves the right to review, and if necessary, cancel the offer and any time and without notice. Duff Cycles reserves the right to change the sale price of a product prior to purchase at any time and without notice.
